Job Summary:

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team in the premium spirits industry. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering outstanding service to our high-end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure brand presence and sales growth.
  • Execute strategic plans to grow market share and maximize profitability across your portfolio.
  • Analyze account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasting and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the drinks, luxury goods, or general FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the on-trade market and a passion for premium and luxury brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidence with forecasting.
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
