About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Co-ordinator to join our Development Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all water main applications are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process applications received from customers and produce offer letters and legal agreements
  • Obtain designs for new water mains and services for commercial and residential developments
  • Administer development projects to ensure all infrastructure charges, inline mains connections, and other requirements are met
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic understanding of the water sector and DMEX
