About the Role

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with our warehouse team to ensure seamless customer order processing and stock management.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle customer payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Run daily reports to monitor customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage allocated stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
