Customer Service Coordinator

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with our warehouse team to ensure seamless customer order processing and stock management.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Run daily reports to monitor customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage allocated stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
