About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Co-ordinator to join our Development Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely processing of water main applications and providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process applications received from customers and produce offer letters and legal agreements
  • Obtain designs for new water mains and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Administer development projects from start to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and stakeholders are informed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of water sector guidance and regulations
  • Experience working in the water industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
