Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Co-ordinator to join our team at Wessex Water. As a key member of our Developer Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely processing of water main applications.
Key Responsibilities- Process applications received from customers and produce offer letters and legal agreements
- Obtain designs for new water mains and services for commercial and residential developments
- Administer development projects to ensure all infrastructure charges, inline mains connections, and other requirements are met
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of water sector guidance and experience working in the industry
- Good customer service skills and a team-oriented personality
