We are seeking an experienced epidemiologist to join our multidisciplinary research team at the University of Bristol's Department of Population Health Sciences.

The role is funded by an MRC/Versus Arthritis grant, and we are part of the Advanced Pain Discovery Platform's 'Consortium to Research Individual, Interpersonal and Social Influences in Pain (CRIISP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research in the field of psychosocial epidemiology of chronic pain
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and grants
  • Participate in the analysis and interpretation of research data

Requirements:

  • PhD in epidemiology or a related field
  • Experience in research methodology and data analysis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
