Job Summary

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a research career through high-quality publications, contributing to research proposals, and taking advantage of developmental opportunities within the department and King's College London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analyst for an ARC South London study on multi-morbidity in children
  • Use CPRD data to describe how common multi-morbidity is in children and young people, how this has changed over time, and how these diagnoses tend to cluster together
  • Inform targeting future prevention activities and any change to delivery of health services
Requirements
  • PhD in Medical Statistics or Epidemiology
  • Experience with relevant statistical software (STATA or R)
  • Experience writing/contributing to manuscripts for publication
  • Research experience in Public Health/Epidemiology/Informatics/Statistics
  • Committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively addressing areas of potential bias
What We Offer

This is a part-time post (21 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed-term contract until 31/10/2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a research career, contribute to research proposals, and take advantage of developmental opportunities within the department and King's College London.
