Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials by ensuring the smooth execution of study protocols, monitoring site performance, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
  2. Monitor and manage site performance, including tracking and reporting on site metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and reporting, including managing case report forms and study documentation.
  4. Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure study progress.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sites, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.
  6. Participate in study initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities, including site visits, data review, and study documentation.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of study protocols, including contributing to the development of study documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in clinical research.
  9. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or other senior personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 2+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
  2. A degree in a life science or related field.
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
