Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic direction and innovative initiatives to enhance clinical practice and leadership.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A qualification as a Senior Mental Health Nurse with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Extensive experience in team leadership and senior practice roles.
  • The ability to interpret and analyze complex information while managing challenging situations.
  • Experience in collaborative work with statutory and voluntary organizations.
  • Proficiency in establishing, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
  • The capability to influence practice, culture, and outcomes across professional boundaries.
  • Experience in setting therapeutic boundaries with patients exhibiting challenging behaviors.
  • Preferably, experience in similar service lines.
