As the Clinical Services Manager, you will collaborate with all staff members and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of services that align with outstanding outcomes within the CQC regulatory framework. You will serve as both a clinical and operational authority for clinical services, guaranteeing that exceptional care is provided and that staff receive the necessary support.

In your senior role at Elysium Healthcare, you will oversee the effective execution of clinical interventions and treatments aimed at enhancing the operation and quality of clinical services, with evaluation through clinical governance and audits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and nurturing a highly skilled and motivated workforce through effective recruitment, selection, development, and performance management.
  • Overseeing the implementation of the clinical services business plan, ensuring efficient management of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintaining and fostering business relationships by liaising with referrers and potential purchasers.
  • Encouraging effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contributing to the formulation of Elysium policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance of clinical services with statutory regulations and current legislation, meeting quality standards and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Monitoring site objectives and promoting high-quality service to attract new service users.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A relevant professional qualification along with a recognized post-registration qualification.
  • Full membership or accreditation with a pertinent professional institution.
  • A comprehensive understanding of statutory regulations.
  • Strong financial and personnel management skills.
  • Relevant experience, including prior supervisory or managerial roles overseeing a group of professional staff.
