Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of performance and other local and national clinical and non-clinical targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the PTL (patient tracking list) and outpatient services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
  • Provide first-line operational management to outpatient and administrative departments, supervising systems and processes to optimize performance.
  • Support the establishment of a clear vision for these specific work areas with senior colleagues, creating a working environment that empowers staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Contribute to the wider management of the Directorate and of the Trust on specific projects as and when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Experience in clinical operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
