Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of performance and other local and national clinical and non-clinical targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the PTL (patient tracking list) and outpatient services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Provide first-line operational management to outpatient and administrative departments, supervising systems and processes to optimize performance.
- Support the establishment of a clear vision for these specific work areas with senior colleagues, creating a working environment that empowers staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Contribute to the wider management of the Directorate and of the Trust on specific projects as and when appropriate.
- Proven experience in clinical operations management, with a strong understanding of performance improvement and clinical governance.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
