Job Title: Senior Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at First Clinical Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement process improvements, reducing waiting times and improving patient outcomes.
  • Provide project management support to large-scale healthcare programmes, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts and Clinical Research Organisations, identifying opportunities for collaboration and service improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, securing funding for operational and clinical initiatives.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, reducing expenditure and improving divisional performance.
  • Lead the development of clinical trial management databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on operational and clinical matters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About You:

  • Prince2 Practitioner qualified with experience in project management and operational leadership.
  • Strong background in healthcare operations, with a clinical background and over 20 years' experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
