Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and constantly improve all PCN-led services
  • Lead on all day-to-day workstreams through smart, hard working and effective management/delegation
  • Review current operations and identify / implement improvements (including major changes if necessary)
  • Help our board to set a clear, strategic direction for the future
  • Working with member practices and other local stakeholders to keep objectives aligned in a constantly changing environment
Main Duties:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role responsible for a significant service or business line
  • Demonstrated experience in operational management, including financial oversight, process improvement, and staff management
  • Experience working with or reporting to a senior management group or Board
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation across multiple areas
