We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our team at CF. As a key member of our healthcare strategy team, you'll play a vital role in shaping and executing impactful changes across the healthcare landscape. Your expertise in healthcare consulting, combined with your passion for innovation, will drive sustainable improvements and advance population health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead client engagements from strategy development to end-to-end deliverable creation. You'll work closely with our team to identify client needs, develop innovative solutions, and deliver high-quality results. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Leading business development activities, including opportunity identification and proposal development
  • Supporting practice building efforts, such as recruitment, mentoring, and performance management
  • Building and sustaining trusted senior client relationships
  • Planning and leading the delivery of quality work
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, preferably with experience within the NHS
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector
  • 3+ years in a managerial position within strategy/management consulting
  • Proven track record of leading self and others, experience in managing teams and coaching others to high performance
