About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Manager to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a highly skilled and motivated workforce, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of our clinical services business plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure the effective delivery of clinical services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, purchasers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of Elysium Healthcare policies, procedures, and initiatives to drive quality and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and evaluate site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification and recognized post-registration qualification.
  • Full membership/accreditation with a relevant professional institution.
  • Strong understanding of statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Proven financial and people management skills.
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
