Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Virtual Clinic Coordinator for the Renal and Transplant services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The kidney and transplant services are a regional centre, covering the whole of North West London.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead on the booking service for Virtual Clinic Nephrology patients from various boroughs.
  • Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the Virtual Clinic services.
  • Manage and prioritize workload, liaising closely with other administration staff and management.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
