The Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in the strategic planning and execution of Morson Talent's projects and products. Your main emphasis will be on achieving technical excellence, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. You will cultivate strong partnerships among our design and engineering teams, project managers, and production departments to ensure the effective planning and implementation of our initiatives.

What You Bring

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • Specialized engineering expertise in areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Electronics, or Software.
  • Experience in executing engineering lifecycles and establishing robust system engineering methodologies within a product development context.
  • Proficiency in orchestrating and leading engineering work-packages and project deliveries.
  • A proven history of steering engineering design activities and providing support throughout the design, testing, and acceptance phases.
  • The capability to lead the development of innovative technical concepts to address challenging requirements.
  • Skills in creating design specifications and technical procurement documents.
  • Expertise in documenting the design process, including demonstrating compliance with system requirements.
  • A solid grasp of project management principles and practices.
  • Technical management experience as a supplier/integrator, with insights into estimation, costing, pricing, contract, tender, and bid processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce bids and technical reports.
