Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a designated portfolio of clients, providing expert accounting and tax services.
  • Undertake a range of accounting duties on a daily basis, maintaining regular, open, and clear communication lines with assigned clients.
  • Review day-to-day bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and provide insightful analysis to clients.
  • Manage tax and VAT returns, and provide support and advice on client queries.
  • Prepare management accounts and provide strategic business guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualification experience in a practice environment.
  • A varied background with strong technical skills in accounting and tax compliance.
  • Proven ability to work confidently and effectively with a diverse client portfolio.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and mentorship.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record in business development and networking.
