- Leadership: Manage and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve complex accounting issues for a variety of clients within the professional services industry.
- Business Proposals: Prepare business proposals and presentations to promote the company's services and drive business growth.
- Education: A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Proven expertise in managing client relationships in the professional services industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a flair for developing business with existing clients, and a thorough understanding of accounting issues and how to resolve them.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior accountants.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package in the range of £40,500 - £49,500 per annum.
