About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement
  • Providing excellent client service to maintain a positive company image
  • Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Managing and overseeing the work of Junior Accountants
  • Resolving complex accounting issues for a variety of clients within the professional services industry
  • Preparing business proposals and presentations to promote the company's services
Requirements
  • A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven expertise in managing client relationships in the professional services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flair for developing business with existing clients
  • A thorough understanding of accounting issues and how to resolve them
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior accountants
