Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Accounting or Finance and proven expertise in managing client relationships in the professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  2. Identify areas of improvement and develop new business with existing clients
  3. Provide excellent client service to maintain a positive company image
  4. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes
  5. Manage and oversee the work of Junior Accountants
  6. Resolve complex accounting issues for a variety of clients
  7. Prepare business proposals and presentations to promote the company's services
Requirements
  1. A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance
  2. Proven expertise in managing client relationships in the professional services industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. A flair for developing business with existing clients
  5. A thorough understanding of accounting issues and how to resolve them
  6. Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior accountants
