Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive
Mission:
The Digital Energy division is responsible for defining, creating, and executing digitized offerings and services tailored for the Building sector.
Within this division, the Building Enterprise Solutions Team is tasked with expanding our Digital Energy portfolio among both new and existing enterprise clients, primarily Fortune 1000 companies and strategic accounts.
As a vital member of this team, you will report to the Senior Director of Building Enterprise Solutions and work closely with a global team that includes Segment Leaders, Strategic Account Executives, Business Developers, Category Offer Managers, and Country Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting and facilitating the adoption of Digital Building Enterprise Software, including Planon Solutions, to our key segments and enterprise end-users.
- Engaging with end-users within both new and existing Schneider Electric accounts.
- Crafting a robust financial business plan for presenting and closing opportunities.
- Providing sales support and serving as the Subject Matter Expert for country sales leads, strategic account managers, and direct business sales leads.
- Developing a strategic plan to drive business growth by identifying target customers and segments with the highest potential.
- Directly managing the commercial team and associated resources.
- Leading sales, commercial, presales, and solutions activities within the team, focusing on clear targets and defined outcomes.
- Creating a 30/60/90-day action plan alongside a long-term market strategy for offer growth and competitive positioning.
- Ensuring effective commercial engagement to tailor specific offerings to customer needs.
Skills and Attributes:
- Familiarity with the Smart Buildings market, including key players and solutions.
- Knowledgeable about the Commercial Real Estate segment and the roles of Building Developers, Owners, and Operators.
- Ability to articulate specific customer needs in relation to the software being sold.
- Experienced in consultative selling with a strong background in software digital sales and SaaS models.
- Client-focused with excellent listening skills.
- A proactive sales hunter rather than a farmer.
- Capability to construct financial proposals based on Opex and Capex.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working within a global team.
- Motivated, accountable, and proactive in approach.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A risk-taker, entrepreneurial in spirit, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
