Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Front of House team as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our team, tenants, and guests, you will play a vital role in the management and delivery of our venue hire and team hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Professionally welcome visitors, including opening and closing the building, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Switchboard Management: Answer and direct switchboard calls between our London and Grantham hubs, providing excellent communication skills and a positive experience for our callers.
  • Room Bookings: Responsible for internal and external room bookings for both London and Grantham hubs, including arranging couriers, taxis, travel, and accommodation for staff members and volunteers.
  • Event Preparation: Prepare information for upcoming events, liaise with catering companies, and Facilities Assistants to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Stationery Management: Maintain stationery stock and order supplies as needed for both London and Grantham hubs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Director of Business Support, including distributing incoming mail and general office administration.
  • Guest Services: Manage our guest cloakroom and provide exceptional customer service to our visitors.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Compile and report consumption information for our Accounts Team and support the Business Support Manager in liaising with contracted-out cleaning and other service providers.
  • AV and VC Support: Assist the Facilities Assistant with AV and VC facilities to ensure smooth event execution.
