Administrative Coordinator and Personal Assistant

Our client, a distinguished educational organization, is in search of a proficient Administrative Coordinator/Personal Assistant to enhance their team.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, during term time only.
In this pivotal role, you will provide extensive administrative assistance and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Principal by delivering effective and efficient office assistance.
- Oversee the Administration and Reception Team, ensuring seamless daily office operations.
- Manage essential processes including admissions, exclusions, and grievances.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Identify training and development opportunities for the Administrative Team.
- Ensure adherence to records management policies.
- Coordinate arrangements for school events and functions.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is essential.
