Pertemps Bond is looking for a dedicated PA / Office Coordinator to deliver vital administrative support to a Senior Director within a dynamic office setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and organizing meetings
- Providing extensive administrative support to the senior leadership team
- Documenting meeting minutes
- Managing expense reimbursements
- Arranging travel logistics and accommodations
- Coordinating dining arrangements for client meetings
- Scheduling visits from clients
- Executing additional tasks as required to maintain efficient office operations
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a PA role
- Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
- Experience in office management or coordination is advantageous
In exchange for your skills, you will be offered a competitive annual salary along with complimentary onsite parking. This position is full-time and based in the office.
