Job Summary

This is a temporary role that offers the potential to join the company on a permanent basis. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing timesheet data, ensuring timely data entry and calculation of weekly timesheets, and reviewing the submission of timesheets to ensure valid data transfer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timesheet data and ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Review and verify timesheet submissions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with managers and team members to resolve timesheet queries and issues
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including maintaining records and ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Set up new starters on company systems and verify right to work checks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in administration and with data entry, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
