Position: Sales Administration Coordinator

Working Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm

We are seeking a qualified individual with a background in sales administration, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and possess outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone and email inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assisting the sales team with various administrative duties.
  • Generating sales invoices and confirming sales orders.
  • Entering data into the ERP system for export documentation and invoicing purposes.
  • Welcoming visitors at the reception area.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Having a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales administration capacity.
  • Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Our client offers a competitive remuneration package along with an early finish on Fridays.
