Sales Support Administrator Job Opportunity
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and maintaining accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries
* Assist the sales team with administrative duties, including data entry and document preparation
* Raise sales invoices and sales order acknowledgements in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Liaise with internal departments for delivery information and paperwork requirements
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in a sales support role
* Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable
