Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HR Employment Bureau Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tracking operations and providing administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tracking operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Provide administrative support to our clients, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
- Knowledge of the Transport and Freight forwarding industry is an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
Salary:
£24,000 per annum
Holiday Entitlement:
25 days per annum, plus bank holidays
Contract:
Fixed term, 6 months
