Freight Personnel is seeking a skilled Sea Freight Operations Clerk to support their Warrington branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks and ensuring the successful transport of customer freight consignments to their destination. Your role will encompass the complete process, including Sea freight bookings, arranging collections & deliveries, export and import Customs entries, and continuous interaction with customers. You will liaise with overseas offices and partner transport providers, negotiate rates with suppliers, and complete all required documentation through the supply chain. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience within Sea Freight Export and / or Imports from a freight forwarding perspective. Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating sea freight operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer consignments
* Arranging collections and deliveries, including coordinating with suppliers and customers
* Managing export and import Customs entries, ensuring compliance with regulations
* Liaising with overseas offices and partner transport providers to negotiate rates and resolve issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the supply chain
