- Sales: Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales revenue.
- Order Processing: Process and manage all quotes, job bookings, and orders in line with company standard operating procedures, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that customer needs are met and that the team is working efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in a sameday courier or time-critical logistics environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
