We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Warrington.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Provide feedback to management on customer performance and plans

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, QMS
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
