Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at People Solutions Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Branch credits on the Warehouse Management System and investigate and process credits manually via the Warehouse Management System.
- Form close relationships with colleagues in the Customer Service Team to ensure all Branch return queries are responded to and captured.
- Respond to Branch enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring that audit processes are adhered to in line with customer, internal and external requirements.
- Liaise with the onsite Transport provider to ensure the Branch collections are scheduled correctly.
- Provide an efficient and high-quality service in relation to all Plumbing and Heating branch and web returns.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Team working and good working knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and QMS.
- Ability to learn and gain good working knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce accurate, detailed data in a timely manner.
