About the Role

We are seeking experienced and caring individuals to join our care team as a Morning and Evening Care Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them with their morning and evening routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with household chores and errands
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our office team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in dementia care
  • Valid driving license
