Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Tidying and maintaining the cleanliness of resident rooms
  • Responding to residents' needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with medication administration and other healthcare-related tasks
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleaguesOrganizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of care principles and practices, with a commitment to delivering high-quality careAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
