Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Support Worker to join our team in the Bristol area. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and continence care.
  • Assist clients with accessing the community, including accompanying them on outings and providing transportation.
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, household chores, and personal grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals, including nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Good professional and personal references.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
