Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Support Worker to join our team in the Bristol area. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and continence care.
- Assist clients with accessing the community, including accompanying them on outings and providing transportation.

Requirements
