About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Brunel in Bristol. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care and Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Reporting any concerns or changes in an individual's condition to the care team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
