Project Support Administrator RoleAs a Project Support Administrator, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team, providing essential support to surveyors and contract managers. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative duties, from managing office reception and maintaining documentation to coordinating meetings and assisting with project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage reception calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to company standards.
- Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and arrange virtual sessions.
- Support the Human Resources department with staff monitoring and diary management.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute key documents, including tenders and contracts.
- Monitor project documentation for timely completion and accuracy.
- Record meeting minutes and assist with system implementation.
- Organize and manage document libraries and supplier records.
- Coordinate site visits and keep accurate logs of IT equipment and staff training.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within a project-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
