About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with running the front desk, dealing with drivers and incoming loads, and performing data entry tasks using Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with running the front desk and providing excellent customer service
- Deal with drivers and incoming loads, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Perform data entry tasks using Excel, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Conduct general administrative duties as required, supporting the team in achieving their goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and clear communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work in a hot and busy environment, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
