Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and appointments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Handle correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organise meetings and take minutes to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support business development and client engagement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and office management to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant in a similar industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Discretion and confidentiality to handle sensitive information and maintain client trust.
