Job Summary:

Strongfield is seeking a highly skilled Product Safety Specialist to join our team in Buckinghamshire, UK. As a Product Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting proactive Safety Management and improving the safety culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of our Safety Management System to ensure safety objectives are achieved.
  • Identify and assess potential hazards that may affect product safety, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety considerations are integrated into product design and development.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote a safety-first culture within the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Science.
  • Proven experience in safety management, risk assessment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
