About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the testing process.
  • Manage the efficient delivery of tests, adhering to strict procedures and guidelines.
  • Supervise and invigilate exams, maintaining the integrity and security of tests.
  • Support candidates with queries and provide clear explanations of the test process.
  • Review tests and schedules, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
  • Embody our approach to diversity and inclusion, catering to individual candidate needs.
  • Handle and report incidents that may impact candidate testing.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence (although driving may not be required for all locations).

  • Experience working with diverse customer groups.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in confrontational situations.
