About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of driving theory tests to candidates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring their testing experience is seamless and stress-free.
  • Manage the invigilation of exams, maintaining the integrity and security of tests at all times.
  • Coordinate with candidates, explaining the test process and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Review tests and schedules, ensuring the test centre operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the test centre is prepared for each day's activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the test centre meets individual candidate needs, adhering to the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion.
  • Handle and report incidents that may impact candidate testing, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor at all times.
