About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centres, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the integrity of our assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invigilate exams and deliver tests to candidates, adhering to strict procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to candidate queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of tests, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Supervise and support candidates during tests, providing clear instructions and guidance as needed.
  • Review test centre schedules and perform daily opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality in all aspects of our work.

Requirements

Working Hours

We offer a flexible working pattern, with shifts ranging from mornings to evenings, including weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours to suit your availability.
