About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our assessment centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of driving theory tests to candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their test.
  • Manage the test centre environment, maintaining a secure and efficient testing process.
  • Supervise and invigilate tests, ensuring the integrity and security of the assessment process.
  • Handle candidate queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless test delivery and candidate support.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence (although driving may not be required for all locations).
  • Significant experience in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask to complete competing activities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
