Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Advisor, you will take charge of overseeing project technical aspects and providing leadership. Your role will encompass technical architecture and design, mentoring fellow consultants, and spearheading internal initiatives aimed at enhancing delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts, clients, and team members to conceptualize and execute product extensions, configurations, and interfaces.
  • Assume a leadership and oversight role during project implementations, working closely with project managers, client leads, and project teams to ensure quality and success.
  • Act as a Solution and Integration Architect for comprehensive system implementations, health assessments, and various client engagements.
  • Adhere to project delivery methodology standards.
  • Serve as a primary resource for complex inquiries and ideas within your area of expertise.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities for additional consulting services while engaged in projects.
  • Develop training materials for internal purposes, including cross-training and team development.
  • Present technical solutions to both executive and user-level audiences.
  • Deliver technical training to clients.
  • Participate in Implementation Analysis for new clients and upgrades; monitor project team estimates against actuals and assess deliverable quality.
  • Maintain full chargeability on assigned client accounts.
  • Travel to client sites as necessary to support project work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Openlink Endur Product implementation, including Connex Integrations, JMS, WebServices, Advanced Report Builder, and SQL.
  • ~15+ years of experience in Software Design and Development or deployment of enterprise software in client environments.
  • ~10 years of direct experience with Openlink, including designing, coding, deploying, configuring, testing, and debugging reports, plugins, and interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in C# .NET, Java, C++, and Soap Webservices.
  • Advanced SQL scripting skills in Oracle or MSSQL.
  • High proficiency with RDBMS such as Oracle or MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to conduct system health checks, including database tuning and services optimization.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure and AWS) and system deployments in cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and performance monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a project team structure.
