Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Feasibility Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project feasibility, including site constraints, environmental risks, land assessment, and grid connection.
  • Project Design Review: Review project design, contractual documentation, environmental studies, planning permission, grid offers, and grid connection agreements for PV projects in the UK.
  • EPC Tender Preparation: Prepare, coordinate, manage, evaluate, and revise EPC tenders for PV projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients on project execution, advising on actions and decisions, assisting on assumptions, and identifying issues and risks related to the project at all stages.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage and provide support on the negotiation of contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Liaison with Clients and Stakeholders: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Commercial Activities: Lead commercial activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Business Development: Support business development and professional activities, including expanding our database of best practice commercial and technical documentation.
  • Project Management: Ensure effective communication within the project team and provide oversight and Quality Assurance of reporting produced by other members of the team.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
Requirements and Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in technical advisory of PV solar plants, preferably with experience in development, design, construction, and operation. A strong understanding of health and safety standards and CDM regulation in the UK is essential. Good working knowledge of MS Office is required. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, and a team player with leadership abilities are also necessary. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage. Full Professional Proficiency level of English is required, and knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage, especially Spanish.

Contract Conditions:

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the possibility of working from home and occasional presence at the office. Regular travel to projects and clients' sites in London and around the UK, as well as Quintas Head Office in Seville, is required. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour paid lunch break. Paid holiday entitlement of 22 days, paid days off on December 24th and 31st, and birthday leave are included. Sick leave coverage is also provided.
